After destemming the bunches and pressing the grapes, the must is cleaned by natural racking and remains in thanks for around 3 days at a temperature of between 16 and 18 C.

 Tasting Notes: Yellow colour with greenish tones. Dry wine, with no residual sugar.
Fresh nose with green apple aromas.
On the palate it is full, balanced and sweet.
