VINIFICATION AND PRODUCTION SYSTEM: Our flagship Bordeaux blend is set to be a classic. Boasting a Gran D’Or at the Michelangelo Awards 2016, a double-platinum from the National Wine Challenge, counted as one of the top 100 wines in SA for 2016 and gold from the 2016 Vitis Vinifera Awards.

All the wines were made separately and matured in new French oak barrels for 23 months. Then the blend was made up and left in a tank for a month (to marry) before being bottled and matured for five months prior to release.
