Aroma: Clean, medium-intense. Juicy grapefruit notes, jasmine & pineapple. Excellent balance with fantastic minerality.

Taste: Dry, medium-bodied & fresh.

Paring: Serve very cold accompanied by fish,  grilled vegetables,  and Mediterranean salads.
