Taste: Full-bodied in the mouth, unctuous, with maturity but with freshness and delicate tannins. Delicious evolution, melting and dense. Very long, mineral, and fruity finish.

| Vinification: This wine comes from the selection of the best of their garnachas. Cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation in wooden vats. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels, on its lees, and with periodic battonage, with subsequent aging in the same barrels for 8 months. | |
