Vermouth Perucchi is a unique product, as it was the first Spanish vermouth. It was first made in 1876 by Don Augustus Perucchi. Its delicate flavour is the result of an accurate selection of wines and sweet wines from Alt Empordà region, Valencia and La Mancha. These wines are macerated with a secret combination of more than 50 kinds of herbs, plants and roots.

With the aim of maintaining tradition and authenticity, many of the deposits where the mix is aged are the same centuries-old soleras that Don Augustus Perucchi started with. Within each bottle of Vermouth Perucchi, there is a small percentage of vermouth of more than 150 years. All the products we use are organic, without any kind of preservative or antioxidant being added during the process.
