Grapes  which have been harvested at the optimum moment of ripeness, and after being subjected to a light cold pressing, they ferment for l2 days. Finally, they are aged for 10 months in French oak barrels with their lees.

Grape: Blend of Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting Notes: Pale golden colour with greenish tones. Floral, tropical aroma, with citrus touches that are complemented by aromas of pastries derived from the ageing on lees. It is a complete wine, with a good palate, balanced and with balanced acidity.
